Chinese people are deeply proud of their cuisine, built on thousands of years of tradition. Among the many fresh, artisanal foods in Chinatown are traditional items like roast ducks, tofu pudding in ginger syrup, spicy meat jerky, and hand-shaped fishballs. That said, many of Chinatown's more modern food innovations, like shaved ice desserts and bubble tea, are must-tries as well.
