Chinatown is a family area, and there are a number of after-school and educational centers in the community. The Florentine School on Park Row, for example, offers tutoring, test prep, and music lessons, among other things. It, and several other establishments, also offer adult education, such as Chinese calligraphy lessons. The Museum of Chinese in America and the Eldridge Street Synagogue also have a great roster of cultural programming worth looking up.
