Martial Arts

There are several hundred different fighting styles that have developed through the centuries in China, with some forms prevailing more in certain parts of the country. Two of the most well-known forms are kung fu and wushu. Martial arts are a fun and healthy activity, oriented, yes, at exercise and fighting, but it's also all about the philosophy underpinning the fighting form. In a sense, you can think of it as philosophy learned through movement.
