If your goal is lots of food, at a low price, in a hurry, a “4 dish, 1 soup” quick-meal buffet is the best bang for your buck. These generally have a cafeteria vibe. In some, you pay first and are given a tray and utensils, then can proceed down the line, picking out white or fried rice, then pointing at what stir-fries and other accompaniments you'd like, until you’ve hit 4 varieties. In some establishments, you might get your food first, then pay last. If you don’t see soup anywhere, ask for help; they could be self-serve in a warmer off to the side of the room. Regardless, expect to be absolutely stuffed at the end of your meal.
